My dear and beloved Orthodox Christians, faithful Children of the Serbian Orthodox Church!

Wishing you a blessed Sunday, day of the Lord, as well as ever salvific Holy Liturgy!

Through the Grace of God the Metropolitans and Bishops of the Serbian Church will gather from November 11 2008, in Belgrade, to deliberate in fraternal love on the issues that concern the Body of the Church. Prior to the beginning of this Assembly, calling upon your love and prayerful zeal, I greet you wholeheartedly from the God-protected and sacred Serbian Orthodox Patriarchate!

With this greeting I am humbly asking you to pray to the Holy Spirit for guidance and illumination of the Assembly of Serbian Bishops, helping the work of Holy Episcopal Synod and nourishing us with evangelical love and unity in making decisions that are for our salvation and joy of the Kingdom of God!
