The Credentials form indicating the Delegates who will represent your congregation, must be submitted to the Diocesan office no later than Friday, January 12, 2009.
The Assembly Agenda with the Financial, Committee and Parish Reports will be mailed to the Delegates of those parishes that have submitted a Credentials Form by January 12, 2009.
