Annual SKSS Meeting

June 10, 2014

TO ALL PARISH AND MISSION KOLOS/WOMEN’S AUXILIARY ORGANIZATIONS

The Annual Meeting of the Diocesan Kolo Srpskih Sestara

Friday, August 29th, 2014 - 4:00 p.m.

Saint Sava Mission
604 Mission Blvd., Jackson, CA 95642

Dear Sisters,

Each member parish Kolo and member organization, which is an active member of the Diocesan Kolo, is entitled to send three delegates or their alternates to the Assembly with the proper credentials in order to fully represent their Kolo. It is recommended that one of those present be the President of the Kolo.

Please complete the Assembly Credentials Form and the Information Sheet (if you haven't already submitted this) showing your board officers information. Please mail the form(s) to our Diocesan Office, Western American Diocese, 1621 West Garvey Avenue, Alhambra, CA  91803, so that it arrives on or before Thursday, July 31, 2013. This deadline is necessary to allow time for us to prepare the Assembly Document which will be given to each delegate at the meeting. This will also determine the number of participants, which will be helpful to our hosts in preparing the meals.

Please be sure to read the Annual Minutes from 2013 so we can approve it at this year's Annual Meeting.

If you have any questions, please call me at 626-441-4949. May God bless us all and grant us a successful Annual Meeting.

Lovingly in Christ,

Laura Burge
KSS President
